1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between taka11 ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the taka11 website at taka11.bio, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, promotions, and payment services offered thereon. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on taka11 you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.

taka11 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms shall be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. 2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of taka11 is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity when registering or using the Platform.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of taka11 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

taka11 takes its age verification obligations seriously. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage of the player relationship. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at our sole discretion subject to the outcome of our investigation.

3. Account Registration

To use taka11's real-money services you must register a player account. During registration you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

One account per player. Each natural person is permitted to register and maintain exactly one taka11 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. taka11 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any transactions, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your username and password, confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. taka11 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact our support team immediately.

4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Identity Verification

taka11 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, we operate a Know Your Customer programme that may require you to submit identity and address verification documents before we process any withdrawal request or, at our discretion, at any time during the player relationship.

Acceptable verification documents include, but are not limited to: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, driving licence, or any other government-issued photo identification document. For address verification we may request a recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable time period requested by taka11 may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges, restriction of account functionality, or permanent account closure. taka11 processes all KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

taka11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment channels currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Payment method availability may vary from time to time and taka11 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment options at any time without prior notice.

Deposits. Funds deposited into your taka11 account must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. taka11 reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be matched to the registered account holder and to close the account pending investigation. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals. All withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. taka11 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment channel selected. We reserve the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend the processing time.

Bonus funds. Where a deposit has been matched by a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be satisfied before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw funds while bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding may result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

taka11 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, maximum bonus conversions, and expiry periods.

Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. taka11 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the bonus is being exploited, that a player is using strategies designed to guarantee a risk-free return, or that a player has provided false information in connection with a promotion. Only one bonus may be active on an account at any time unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

7. Permitted Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use taka11 solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial recreational purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings resulting from an identifiable software malfunction are void.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, data-mine, or otherwise extract data from the Platform without express written consent.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the proper functioning of the Platform or the experience of other users.

taka11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, to void all associated transactions and winnings, and to retain any deposited funds pending investigation where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity.

8. Game Rules and Sports Betting

Each game category and betting market available on taka11 is governed by its own specific rules, which are made available within the relevant game or market interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for matters directly related to gameplay or market settlement, and these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. taka11 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds or market was made available in error, where the result of the event is subject to dispute, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the integrity of the event has been compromised.

Sports betting markets, including cricket BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and other Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCCI, BCB, or equivalent). Settlement timelines may vary and are displayed within the relevant market.

9. Responsible Gaming

taka11 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a range of responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, taka11, its directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if taka11 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

taka11's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

taka11 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our reasonable control.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

taka11 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on taka11 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. 13. Account Closure and Termination

You may request the closure of your taka11 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receiving a closure request, taka11 will process any pending withdrawals of verified cleared funds in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and taka11 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
